In February 2010, the ICAExpo team made a technical visit to Bangalore, India, the city which will host the event.
The visit’s main target was to interact with the local structure, in other words, to visit the venue, check on hotels, local transportation, logistics and interesting tourist attractions. The trip has also provided the organizers with an excellent opportunity to negotiate with ICAExpo 2010’s suppliers to assure the best service for the participants in the event.
