Portugal aims to increase market at ICA ExpoCoop 2010

Portuguese co-operatives have confirmed their participation in ICAExpo 2010 and promise to showcase high quality wine and olive oil, among other co-operative products. The two main Portuguese co-operative organizations are working along with their member societies to bring a high number of selected products to India.

The positive results of ICAExpo 2008 were decisive to consolidate participations in 2010. Many co-operatives are currently studying the Asian consumer habits to display products which are adequate to local needs.

Despite the significant opportunities provided by the Asian market, Portuguese co-operatives are aware that international buyers from all continents around the world will also be present in ICAExpo 2010. For this reason, they are getting ready to showcase excellent quality co-operative products and repeat the success of ICAExpo 2008.
